Information about the object

We offer accommodation for eleven people in a remote area , 6 km above the village Jilemnice Víchová over Jizera, opposite Benecko at an altitude of 650 meters.

Capacity is possible if necessary extraordinarily increased by up to four people using two couches . About these people , however, pro rata increase the price indicated in the price list.

Our cottage is completely furnished:

• 2 bathrooms ( WC on the ground floor in the bathroom, attic separate WC and a separate bathroom )

Information about cottage surroundings

Our holiday cottage is situated in cemi-wilderness. You can park your car in the driveway close to the cottage even in winter-time. There is a beuatiful view of the region Benecko and Kotel from the cottage.

• possibility of country cross skiing

Information about accomodation

• a holiday charge or tax is collected from holiday-makers. In an amount of 0,5 EUR per 1 adult per day
• also ve collect a charge for real usage of fuel oil, which is in winter season cca 120 - 160 EUR / week accomodation and in other time, when is it used only for warming water is it cca 25 EUR / week accomodation
  
• we also collect caution from the customer, which is 100,- EUR in summer and 200,- EUR in winter, we give this caution back to the customer, if there will be no losses during the stay
• you have a choice to bring dog with you, you will pay for 1 dog 2 EUR/day
• Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the price
  
• The price of the stay also includes liquid soap in the dispensers and toilet paper
  

The landlord's duties

• the object will be always handed over on saturdays from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. unless is was arranged in other times
• the object will be cleaned up

Customer's duties

• at the end of the stay, the object must be cleaned up
