About the trip
One of the most beautiful walks in the area with the river, rocks, forest and well-known viewpoints over the Jizera.
Riegro’s path near Semil is one of the nicest nature trips in the wider area of the cottage. It leads through the attractive Jizera valley, where rock walls, forest, footbridges, viewpoints and quiet corners by the water alternate.
The route is suitable for couples, more active families with older children and guests who want to experience a slightly more adventurous walk than the usual easy circuit. Compared to open mountain meadows, this trip offers more of an atmosphere of a river valley, shade and rocks.
Before the trip, we recommend choosing a route based on time and fitness. Some sections can be slippery after rain, so sturdy shoes and caution are recommended, especially in more exposed places and footbridges.
