A relaxing trip to the gate of the Bohemian Paradise with a historic square, a fairytale atmosphere and a program for families with children.

Jičín is known as the city of fairy tales and the gateway to the Bohemian Paradise. It offers the beautiful Valdštejn Square with an archway, the Valdická Gate, the castle grounds and pleasant walks through the city.

The trip is ideal for families with children who will appreciate the fairytale atmosphere associated with Rumcajs, but also for adults who are looking for an undemanding cultural trip with the option of a cafe, lunch and a walk.

Jičín can be visited as a separate half-day trip or combined with other places in the Bohemian Paradise, for example Prachovské rocks, Rubble or Hruboskalsk.
